FAQs

How will the trampoline workshops be structured?

The workshop is run in a station-based format, where participants rotate through different stations working on specific drills and skills. This keeps everyone engaged, active, and constantly learning throughout the session.

Can parents watch from inside the gym?

For safety and space reasons, parents won’t be able to be inside the gym. However, we have a large viewing window and multiple screens outside so you can comfortably watch your child during the session.

How will kids be grouped in the workshops?

We’ll have a mix of ages and experience levels across our recreational and competitive workshops. Participants will be grouped by age and ability as closely as possible, so they’re learning alongside others at a similar level. ‍

Can I join if I've never done gymnastics?

Yes! The Level Up Flips workshop is an entry level class.‍
