Try our brand-new equipment in an open gym circuit, join action-packed workshops for all ages and abilities, and get a taste of the Mokara experience. Our Special Guests

Ian Gunther

Former U.S. National Team member and 4× NCAA Team Champion with Stanford, Ian Gunther is one of the world’s most influential gymnastics content creators. His creative, high-level videos have reached millions globally and helped bring gymnastics to a new generation of fans and athletes. Ian combines elite experience with a fresh, innovative approach to the sport.

Emma Nedov OLY

Paris 2024 Olympian for Australia and World Cup balance beam medalist known for her resilience and remarkable comeback story. Now an established speaker and entrepreneur, she is passionate about supporting athletes’ wellbeing and sustainable success both during and after sport, drawing on her background in sports nutrition, health coaching, and as an athlete. Emma brings elite experience together with a thoughtful, athlete-centred approach to training and performance.

Scott McDonald

Trampoline and acrobatics expert and former Cirque du Soleil performer with extensive experience in trampoline education and aerial training. He has worked with athletes and performers at all levels, combining technical expertise with creative progressions. Scott brings world-class knowledge of trampoline and acrobatic movement.

Mega Gym Circuit - $25

1 giant semi-structured circuit to try all our equipment. Designed for all ages & abilities (adults welcome!)

This session is designed for entry-level participants and recreational gymnasts. Competitive gymnasts are welcome to join in the experience but it will not be for competitive-level training.

Boys and girls Ages 4-16

This session is designed for entry-level participants and recreational gymnasts.

Rotate through 5 stations (VT, UB, BB, FX, Trampoline)

FAQs

Do you have anything for MAG Competitive boys?

MAG Competitive boys are welcome to come for our Mega Gym Circuit, though it will not be for competitive training, just for fun. We will have trampoline workshops on 6 March (Mon) afternoon with Scott McDonald that will be suitable for competitive boys so look out for that!

What if I/my child has never done gymnastics before?

That’s completely fine! The Mega Gym Sessions and Recreational Workshops are suitable for beginners and first-timers.These sessions are the best place to start. Our coaches will guide them through safe and fun activities appropriate for their level.

Will there be a meet-and-greet or autograph session?

There is no formal meet-and-greet or autograph session planned.While you may see our guest coaches around the gym, photos and autographs are not guaranteed as they will be involved in the programmes.

Can my child attend multiple workshops or both days?

Yes! Participants are welcome to sign up for multiple workshops.

What should I bring for the Competitive Workshop?

Please bring:

  • A water bottle
  • Comfortable fitted training attire (leotard / singlet / shorts / leggings)
  • Long hair tied back
  • Grips (if needed)
  • Any personal training equipment you normally use (e.g. wrist guards, loops, tape)
  • Please remove all jewellery except for stud/small hoop earrings
What should I bring for the Recreational Workshop?

Please bring:

  • A water bottle
  • Comfortable sportswear suitable for gymnastics
  • Hair tied back (for longer hair)
  • Grips (if required)
  • Please remove all jewellery except for stud/small hoop earrings
What should I bring for the Mega Gym Session?

Please bring:
