Participation in this giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
1.2. Participants under the age of 18 (“Minors”) must obtain prior consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate. Mokara Gymnastics Academy may require proof of such consent at any time.
1.3. Participants must enter the giveaway using their own valid social media account. Where contest mechanics require a public account (e.g., to verify posts or tagged content), entries from private accounts may not be visible and therefore may be deemed invalid.
1.4. Employees of Mokara Gymnastics Academy, its immediate family members, and partners directly involved in the administration of the giveaway are not eligible to participate.
1.5. The International Prize is open only to participants residing in Asia at the time of entry.
2. Giveaway Period & How to Enter
2.1. The giveaway begins upon publication of the official giveaway announcement and closes on 24 March 2026 at 12:00 PM SGT.
2.2. The specific entry mechanics (e.g., following the account, liking the post, tagging friends, or submitting additional content) will be stated in the official giveaway announcement post on Mokara Gymnastics Academy’s social media platforms.
2.3. Bonus entry mechanisms (if applicable), such as posting a gymnastics video and tagging Mokara Gymnastics Academy, must comply with the instructions stated in the giveaway post.
2.4. Mokara Gymnastics Academy is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or unrecorded entries due to technical errors, platform outages, or any other reason.
3. Winner Selection & Notification
3.1. Two (2) winners will be selected:
• One (1) International Winner
• One (1) Singapore-based Winner
3.2. Winners will be selected according to the method stated in the giveaway announcement (e.g., random draw or based on engagement or creativity).
3.3. Winners will be notified on 24 March 2026 via Mokara Gymnastics Academy’s official social media platforms and may be contacted via comment, direct message, or email.
3.4. Winners must respond and provide the required details for prize fulfilment within 24 hours of notification.
3.5. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Mokara Gymnastics Academy reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
3.6. Winners may be required to provide identifying information such as full name, contact details, passport details (for international flights) for verification and prize fulfilment purposes.
3.7. All decisions made by Mokara Gymnastics Academy regarding winner selection are final, conclusive, and binding.
4. Prizes
4.1. The giveaway includes the following prizes.
International Prize (1 Winner)
The International Prize winner will receive:
• Round-trip flights to Singapore for the winner
• Accommodation in Singapore for the winner and one accompanying person
• Participation in three (3) gymnastics workshops organised by Mokara Gymnastics Academy (valued at up to SGD 540)
• Gymnastics merchandise including Drybands, a leotard, gym bag, and water bottle
Singapore Prize (2 Winners)
The Singapore Prize winner will receive:
• Participation in three (3) gymnastics workshops organised by Mokara Gymnastics Academy
• Gymnastics merchandise including Drybands, a leotard, gym bag, and water bottle
4.2. Workshop participation is subject to the following scheduled workshop dates and times.

4.00 - 5.30pm Level Up Flips (MAG & WAG Trampoline)
Entry Level: Beginner – Intermediate
Athletes will learn new flipping skills and improve air awareness using different takeoff and landing positions.
Competitive Workshops
4 April 2026 (Saturday)

6 April 2026 (Monday)
3.00 - 4.00pm Trampoline for Bars (Competitive MAG & WAG)
Use the trampoline in new ways to unlock bar skills. This workshop focuses on handstand bouncing and kabooms to develop control for pirouettes, releases, and other bar elements.
5.30 - 7pm Twisting Skills 101 (MAG & WAG Trampoline)
Competitive Level: Intermediate – Advanced
Prerequisite: Athletes should already be comfortable performing single twisting saltos or equivalent skills. This workshop focuses on understanding twisting mechanics, spotting techniques, and progressions toward advanced twisting skills such as doubles and higher-difficulty twisting saltos.
Trampoline Workshops – 6 April 2026
Participants can also choose from the following specialised workshops:
4.3. Workshop placement may depend on participant level, safety considerations, and availability, as determined by Mokara Gymnastics Academy.
4.4. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.5. Mokara Gymnastics Academy reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
4.6. Any stated prize values are approximate and provided for reference only. The actual value of flights, accommodation, or other prize components may vary depending on travel dates, availability, and booking conditions. No cash compensation will be provided for any difference between the estimated and actual prize value.
4.7 Travel Scheduling
Travel must occur on dates determined by Mokara Gymnastics Academy in connection with the scheduled workshops. If the winner is unable to travel on the specified dates, the prize may be forfeited without replacement or compensation.
5. Personal Data
By participating, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for:
• Administering the giveaway
• Verifying eligibility
• Contacting winners
• Prize fulfilment
• Announcing winners on Mokara Gymnastics Academy’s website or social media platforms
• Promotional or publicity purposes related to the giveaway
All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA 2012).
6. Intellectual Property
Participants grant Mokara Gymnastics Academy a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display any submitted content (including photos, videos, and captions) for promotional and marketing purposes.
Participants confirm that submitted content is original, lawful, and does not infringe on third-party rights.
7. General Conditions
7.1. Mokara Gymnastics Academy reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or attempts to manipulate the giveaway.
7.2. Mokara Gymnastics Academy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time.
7.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mokara Gymnastics Academy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in the giveaway or accepting the prize.
7.4. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms or Instagram.
7.5. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
8. Travel & Participation Conditions
8.1. The International Prize winner and their accompanying person are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and travel documentation required to enter Singapore.
8.2. Mokara Gymnastics Academy is not responsible for visa refusals, immigration issues, or inability to travel.
8.3. Flights and accommodation will be arranged by Mokara Gymnastics Academy and may be fixed according to workshop dates.
8.4. Additional expenses such as travel insurance, meals, baggage fees, local transportation, or personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
8.5. Participation in gymnastics workshops involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. Winners will be required to sign a liability waiver or participation form prior to participation.
8.6. Mokara Gymnastics Academy reserves the right to refuse participation or modify activities if necessary for safety reasons.
